Here is how the Month of Mass 4-week muscle challenge works
We are going to train like beasts and see how much muscle and strength we can gain over a 4-week period.


You will use THT training. If you haven't got THT, get it free from http://www.musclehack.com/ or buy it for 99p/99c on Amazon (just search for musclehack or THT training on Amazon)

Most recent workout (2 weeks ago):

Squats: 8 reps - 135 lbs
(Staying cautious on squats because of knee surgery a while back)
Deadlift: 6 reps - 185 lbs
Dumbell Bench: 8 reps - 65 lbs
Conc. Curls: 8 reps - 40 lbs
Weighted Dips: 7 reps - 25 lbs

BF% = ~22% (I'll re-measure tonight)

Chest= 49" (122.5cm)
Waist= 44" (111.75cm) need more TSPA and less donuts :-/
Thighs= 25.5" (64.77cm)
Calves= 18" (45.72cm)
Arms = 16" relaxed (40.64cm) , 17.5" flexed (44.45cm)

Diet: TSPA -> targets: ~2500 cals - Protein 280g, Fat 100g, Carb

I came in the game a little later but have been getting it in this week. Starting stats:

Bench: 315lbs
Deadlift: 275 lbs
Squat: 375 lbs
Military press: 245 lbs

Height: 72 inches
Weight: 234 lbs
Waist: 39 inches
Chest 46 inches
Biceps: 15.25 inches
Thighs: 24.25 inches

I tracked my progress with Musclehack App but it stopped working. I downloaded Body space App now.

Eating 155g protein per day.
