We all come down with sicknesses from time to time. Right now, I'm battling a pretty nasty cold coupled with a sinus infection, which has left me feeling miserable, exhausted, and weak, to say the least. Do you recommend skipping workouts until fully recovered? To power through as much as possible? Or would a shortened workout be key in this situation?
I am at the end of week 9 of my first 10 weeks of THT, which has been astonishing effective. I just got TSPA a bit early with an eye to preparing during the next 2 weeks - stocking up on the right groceries for TSPA and eliminating stuff that worked for your GLAD diet. Do you have any recommendations on transitioning from building on THT to cutting on TSPA? Also, should/must I take
I am a 32 year old female that has about 80 lbs to lose. I have been researching so much that my head hurts. Then I came across your program Mark and it seems like something I would enjoy.
