The real problem with my Squat's PR is that, unfortunately, I don't have access to a proper rack for the squat bar, so I have to improvise with my bench. Any weight heavier than 106 I risk some serious back injury.

In summary, a small progress in some loads. Any progress is better than none, right?

It's the end of "Month of Mass" and these are my results (and previous stats):

Current Weight: 192 lbs (+2lbs)

Load improvements after this Month of Mass

Squat +18lbs
Chest Press +10lbs
Deadlift +36lbs

Barbell Curl +2lbs
Triceps Pushdown +4lbs

BF%: 16.9% (-1.8%)

Measurements
Biceps 14.75" (+0.25" )
Chest 42.5" (0.5" )
Waist 35" (no change)

What struck me most was the fact that my weight, loads and repetitions were constantly increasing, but my BF declined.
Also, my measurement gains were pretty awesome for one single month.
I'll keep following the THT routine and the M.A.N.S. diet, because it really works.
