Hey everybody. I did my best to find a 1RM for each lift. I'll be posting reps each week, and then at the end of the month I'll try to max again.
Arm (straight): 11.75in
Arm (flexed): 13.25in
Deadlift: 255lbs (grip limited)
Bench Press: 155lbs (might've gotten 165, but I was tired after attempting 175)
Overhead Press: 115lbs
Barbell Curl: 100lbs
Tricep Extension (Skullcrusher) 90lbs
All measurements were unflexed unless stated otherwise and taken on my non dominant side.
