Measurements from 2017.02.05:
Chest: 40.125"
Bicep (flexed): 15"
Mid thigh: 23.5"
Caliper (suprailiac): 10mm =~ 14.8% BF

I have a weird schedule at work, so, I've adjusted the THT 5-day into THT 4-day by moving biceps at the end of my back days and triceps at the end of chest days.

So, final numbers measured this week were a bit strange. I did get sick in the middle of the month but kept working out (don't know if that was smart) and my lifts did increase slightly. My issue might have been initial measurements were incorrect. In any case, the numbers:

2017.02.28:
Weight: 179lbs (I weighed 177.2lbs on 02.12, so, that initial 175 may have been wrong)
Chest: 40"
Bicep (flexed): 15"
Mid thigh: 22" (maybe measurement issue)
Caliper: 9mm ~12.7% (lost BF!!!)

Bench: 195lb x 8
Squat: 255lb x 8
Deadlift: 275lb x 5

@chalacke Thanks for sharing! Simply keep training and seeing those lifts go up. So long as they are, you will be adding muscle mass and perhaps dropping that body fat percentage further smile
