Hi Mark, I've read you say during the creatine loading phase that 4x5g a day for 5 days is best. Some people suffer from bloating and I get an incredibly dry throat doing it this way ( despite drinking loads of water ) I've read somewhere that loading 2x5g a day for 10-12 days is as effective and this is something I want to try. Your thoughts?
