I agree. I've experimented with this in increasing my protein intake and I've noticed that I am more leaner.

I still keep my 2 protein shakes a day with 1.5 scoop each. And all I did was increase the amount of lean meat to eat in my meals: Shrimps, Basa, Cod, Chicken breast, extra lean ground beef, lean ground turkey and others.
