In your workout spreadsheet you write "Rest After Set" (e.g. 3). Does that mean we shouldn't be resting between sets 1 and 2?

Does that mean I should immediately go into the 2nd set?

@tranpeter No, it's telling you how long to rest after that set in minutes. So it means rest 3 minutes at the end of that set before starting the next one. All of this is fully clarified in the THT manual. Hope that helps.
