You say that you have brown rice, couscous or kidney beans as the carbs for each meal.
What kind of portion size do you start with before tapering the carb portions down?
Just asking as brown rice and couscous are both fairly high in carbs.
Looking to implement this for a while and the move onto TSPA once I have put my own diet together using TSPA.
Also I struggle to eat when I first wake up, do you think it would be good to have a whey protein shake with water on first waking and then have my breakfast (scrambled eggs on toast) when I get to work 30-45mins later?
